Beer Test Circulating Baths
JULABO Beer Test Circulating Baths are designed to determine the shelf life of beer, i.e. to assess how long beer can maintain its stability before cloudiness appears. In combination with a photometer, the system simulates the accelerated aging process of beer through programmed temperature cycles, which are repeated until the first signs of cloudiness appear.
The bath enables automatic temperature cycling, predefined temperature profiles, and their adjustment according to the requirements of the test. It features PID3 cascade temperature control, an RS232 interface, and a large opening with an insert for 20 bottles of 0.5 L each.
The DYNEO DD-1201F-BF model has a temperature range of −40 °C to +100 °C, temperature stability of ±0.01 °C, a cooling capacity of 1.25 kW, and a heating capacity of 2 kW.
