AvanceCore – NMR Spectrometer
Bruker AvanceCore is a high-resolution 400 MHz NMR spectrometer that delivers the quality and performance of professional NMR systems at a more accessible cost. It is designed for laboratories requiring reliable and versatile NMR analysis, combined with ease of use and optimized operating costs.
AvanceCore enables molecular structure determination and confirmation, compound identification and quantification, mixture analysis, and investigation of molecular interactions. It supports advanced 1D and 2D NMR experiments, including COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, NOESY, DOSY, HSQC, and HMBC.

Configurations
AvanceCore is available in three predefined configurations:
AvanceCore Foundation
The entry-level configuration for high-resolution ¹H NMR spectroscopy. It includes a 400 MHz NMR magnet, console, and 5 mm probe.
AvanceCore Select
An advanced configuration supporting ¹H and heteronuclear experiments, including ¹³C and ³¹P.
AvanceCore Convenience
A configuration designed for automated routine operation and multi-user environments. It includes a 24-position sample changer, expandable to 60 positions, as well as IconNMR software for automated measurements.
The system can be upgraded from Foundation to Select, and from Select to Convenience, allowing the system to grow with the laboratory’s requirements.
