Bruker S6 JAGUAR is a compact wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (WDXRF) designed for fast, precise, and reliable elemental analysis. With 400 W excitation power, advanced HighSense™ technology, and a flexible optical system, it delivers high analytical performance with short measurement times.
The S6 JAGUAR is suitable for industrial laboratories, research, and academia, covering the full concentration range from ppm to 100%.
