    Bruker D6 PHASER

Bruker D6 PHASER – Benchtop XRD Diffractometer for Advanced Materials Analysis

Bruker D6 PHASER is a powerful and flexible benchtop X-ray diffractometer (XRD) designed for powder, bulk, and thin-film analysis. It supports powder diffraction in reflection and transmission geometry, grazing incidence diffraction (GID), X-ray reflectometry (XRR), as well as stress and texture analysis.

With up to 1,200 W X-ray source power, high angular accuracy, and a flexible platform with interchangeable stages and optics, the D6 PHASER combines compact dimensions with performance typically associated with larger laboratory systems.
